Affordable small-town living

Venbury is located in Altoona, Iowa, near the new highway 65 bypass as well as I-35 and I-80, which provides easy access to anywhere in Des Moines. The five-year tax abatement program makes this an affordable community for young families.

The Altoona Heritage Trail and greenbelt connects Venbury to The Campus Sports Complex, the new library and aquatic center. The Sam Wise Sports Complex is home to the Little League State Tournaments and Soccer Tournaments. Altoona is also the home of Adventureland Amusement Park and Prairie Meadows Race Track and Casino.

Altoona is part of the Southeast Polk School District which has won 2 First in the Nation In Education Awards, a low student-to-teacher ratio, and tournament grade athletic facilities.

Directions:

Venbury From I-80, take the Altoona/Bondurant Exit and turn south on 1st Avenue north. Continue to follow 1st Avenue south past HyVee to 17th St SW, turn right or West on 17th, then immediatly left or south on 2nd Ave to property on the east side or left hand side of the street.
