Due to recent home sales at Creekside, Hubbell Homes does not currently have any completed showcase homes available for viewing.  However, we will be starting new homes soon!  Contact us to discuss these new homes or to schedule and individual appointment to discuss designing a home especially for you!

Directions:

Creekside From I-35, take the Ankeny 1st Street exit (exit 92) go west on 1st Street. Turn north on NE Delaware and continue on approximately three miles to NE 47th Street then turn left. Creekside is located just west of Otter Creek Golf Course on the west side of NE Delaware. The single family model home is located at 711 NE 47th Street.
