Hubbell Homes staff and listing agents will work with you to design a home that not only looks beautiful, but also meets your needs. Ranch or two-story, two or three car garage- we'll help you make decisions for a home that's right for you.
Once you've picked a floorplan, you have the opportunity to customize your home. By visiting the Hubbell Homes Design Center, you'll be able to choose colors and styles that fit your style. From carpet, to paint, to light and plumbing fixtures, your Hubbell Home will have features that compliment your budget, your needs and your personal style.
You'll get updates from your builder and be involved with the process each step of the way as your home is built. You will have the opportunity to ask questions during walk-throughs as our skilled team ensures that your home is being built not only to our high standards, but that it's being built with your specifications.
Prior to closing, a member of our warranty team will do a final walk-through to be sure you are happy with your Hubbell Home and understand its features. You will also be invited to our warranty workshop, to have a chance to learn more about your home warranty, and the individual manufacturer warranties. After closing, you'll have access to our warranty portal, should any questions arise.
