Hubbell Homes provides a one-year door-to-door warranty and utilizes in-house staff to service your home.

Warranty Program
Homeowners are given a warranty manual that includes all of your product literature and extended warranties, a copy of your purchase agreement, emergency phone numbers and lots of other valuable information. The builder and community manager will review the warranty program with you prior to the start of construction and again at the final walk-through.  If you have a problem after you move in your brand new Hubbell Home just give our service department a call and we will be happy to assist you with your problem.
